List Connections

List saved connections visible to the caller (credentials masked).

A platform admin sees every saved connection across every workspace; any other caller sees only the connections scoped to a workspace they are a member of, filtered down to that set rather than rejected. Returns 403 only for an anonymous (M2M) caller with no user identity to scope the list to.
