List Invitations

GET 
/workspaces/:workspace_id/invitations

List every invitation ever issued for a workspace, in any state.

Includes pending, accepted, revoked, and expired invitations — not just outstanding ones — so a workspace_admin can audit the full invite history for the workspace. Only a workspace_admin of the workspace (or a platform admin) may list them.
