Return a summary of all built-in dimension templates.

Templates are static, code-defined bundles, not database records, so this list is fixed per deployment rather than per workspace — every caller sees the same catalogue. Each entry carries only a dimension_count; fetch GET /templates/{name} for the full dimension list of one template.
