Delete Sut

DELETE 
/suts/:sut_id

Delete a SUT registration.

Cascades to the SUT's connections and adapter. Any run that references one of those connections, or the SUT itself, keeps its history: the run's connection_id/sut_id is cleared rather than the run being deleted or blocked.
