Update Report Settings
PUT/report-settings
Upsert the platform's report-generation provider config.
Every field follows "None means no change" semantics, mirroring
ConnectionUpdateRequest in schemas/suts.py: pass api_key to
rotate the stored key, omit it (or send null) to leave it untouched.
